This sweet girl, Oakley, is in need of a new home asap!!!

Not because she did anything wrong. Not because she isn’t loved. But because the child in her home is in crises. And sometimes love means making the hardest decision for everyone’s wellbeing.

Oakley just turned ONE on October 31st. 🎃

She’s a Border Collie/Lab mix which means she’s got energy and brains for days and a heart to match.❤️

This girl is SMART. The kind of smart that watches you, studies you, learns quickly.

But here’s the best part… she’s fully convinced she was born to be a lap dog.

Brilliant mind. Soft heart. Professional cuddler.

She’s great with kids.

Great with other dogs.

Hasn’t been around cats.

UTD on vaccines.

She is currently in heat so I need a place to board/foster her until we can get her spayed.

So I’m asking…

Do you have an extra spot on your couch?

An open corner of your heart?

Because Oakley would happily curl up beside you and remind you every single day that rescue dogs don’t need perfect homes — they just need loving and willing ones.
